Payment & Cancellation Policy

Taxi Kanchanaburi provides private transportation services in Kanchanaburi and surrounding areas. Please review our payment and cancellation policies before making a booking.

1. Payment Methods

Customers can make payments through our website using secure online payment systems including credit or debit cards. In some cases, payment may also be completed directly with the driver at the end of the trip if previously agreed.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the customer receives confirmation from Taxi Kanchanaburi via email, message, or booking system.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the travel date

• A cancellation fee of 500 THB will be deducted from the total amount paid.

• The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Refunds will be processed via Stripe. Depending on the customer’s card issuer, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear on the customer’s credit or debit card statement.

Cancellations made within 7 days before the travel date

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the scheduled travel date.

Payment Processing Fees

• Stripe transaction fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.

4. Late Arrival or Delay

Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup location and time. Delays may affect the trip schedule.

5. Changes to Bookings

Customers may request changes to pickup time or destination depending on availability.

6. Service Disruptions

In rare circumstances such as severe weather, vehicle issues, or safety concerns, Taxi Kanchanaburi may reschedule or cancel the service. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
